you will need:
Herb Chicken Breast 250g
Cooked Quinoa 400g
Roasted Herb Capsicum & Zucchini 250g
Honey Citrus dressing 100ml
Mixed salad vegetables
Microwave quinoa for 3 minutes on medium to high heat.
Spread chicken breast, capsicum and zucchini on tray.
Roast for 6 minutes at 180°C.
After microwaving quinoa, add honey citrus dressing and roasted capsicum and zucchini.
Mix and toss them!
Plate roasted chicken breast and quinoa bowl!
Wash mixed salad
Add salad dressing if you prefer (advisable not to for a lower calorie count)
